90 g protein bread
100 g bell bell pepper
30 g avocado
2 fried eggs
1 tsp OIL Salt, pepper
35 g cream cheese, low fat
1 tsp pine nuts

Preparation
- Cut the bread and toast it without fat.
- Fry the fried egg in the pan, turning as desired.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, slice, salt and pepper.
- Place the bread slices on a plate and top with the ingredients as you like and enjoy!
