HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

Easy: our online shop has a broad spectrum of single- as well as combination packs you can choose from. Just put the product of your choice into your basket. If you don’t have an account already, you will have to register as a customer or brand ambassador during the order process. If you already are customer or brand ambassador, you can also click on “login” in the top right-hand corner of the shop and sign in with your user credentials.
We additionally offer the possibility of a monthly subscription order as opposed to a singular order, which saves you cost of shipping (compared to € 6 for shipping for singular orders).

WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION ORER?

It is an automated monthly shipment of a product of your choosing, which remains active until cancellation. The benefit: there are no shipping costs with this option.

HOW CAN I CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

This is possible anytime, either through your own back office or through a written notice to our support at support@vabo-n.com.

Here is a guide for doing it yourself through your back office:
Log into the back office, then click the tab “subscription order” in the top bar. By clicking on the white button “cancellation”, it will turn inactive but also offers you the possibility of setting it active again in the future.
If you do not want to have this option, please choose “delete” at the end of the process.

CAN I CHANGE MY MONTHLY SHIPPING DATE?

Of course. Log into your personal back office and choose the tab “subscription order”. After clicking the button “edit” on the top right, there will be an editing option for “date of your next subscription order editing”. As soon as you have entered the date of your choosing, click “preview & save” at the end of the page, and after checking everything, “save”.

HOW CAN I ENTER A NEW ADDRESS?

For future orders, you can edit your shipping and invoice address anytime online in your personal account under “profile” and “shipping address for new orders” or “invoice address”. Please note that this does not confirm an update for your current subscription order. To do that, change into the tab subscription order” at the top and click the button “edit” and “save” with your preferred date.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

In case the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, there will be a notice from the transport company GLS or the Austrian post in written form or e-mail.
A second option is the issuing of a delivery permit for packages that are delivered in your absence. This permit must be given independently at GLS or the Austrian post.
In case you have questions about the delivery of your package, our support team will love to help you.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, because you can view the tracking number of your package in your back office under “reports”. This tracking number can be entered on the website of the transport company in order to check the status of your package.

PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD DOES NOT WORK?

Please check whether you have entered your credit card number without spaces, whether it is still valid and whether you are within limit.
Alternatively, you can use direct debit or paypal as a payment option. Our support team will help you with any problems.

I AM NOT RECEIVING E-MAILS FROM VABO-N. WHAT CAN I DO?

It is possible that there is a checkmark in your back office under “profile”/”personal information” that has not been set, or that our notifications are classified as spam. To make sure please check whether the e-mail address you entered in “profile” or “account information” is correct. If that is the case and your e-mail address hasn’t changed, please contact our support team at support@vabon.com.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

Please log into your back office and click the tab “profile”. Then, click on the “edit” button showing the validity period of your existing card, or click the button “new credit card” to enter a new card’s details.
In case you have an ongoing subscription order, you don’t have to do anything else after editing the validity period of your card – all changes have been saved for future deliveries in our system.
If you want to choose a different payment option for your subscription order, please click “subscription order” and then “edit” right next to “payment method”. Now you can choose your previously registered new credit card as a new payment method if you choose “use new payment option” and then “create new payment” – alternatively you can also pick direct debit or paypal.
Please don’t forget to save your edits in either case!
