Coconut milk rice with fruits

60 g rice pudding
150 ml low fat coconut milk
250 g berries
15 g honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds


  1. Slowly bring coconut milk and honey to a boil with a pinch of salt and add the rice.
  2. Stirring several times, cook the rice pudding for 20 minutes until the rice is soft.
  3. Finally, sprinkle the chia seeds and berries over the rice pudding – done!
