Ingredients

70 g skimmed curd
1 banana
20 g amaranth puffed or oatmeal
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp cinnamon
Mark of a 1⁄2 vanilla pod

Preparation

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces of any size. Place in a bowl with the curd and add the rolled oats or amaranth – stir gently! Lemon zest, cinnamon and vanilla create the decisive flavor explosion.
