Conserving resources and preserving an environment worth living in are our companions – in each of our projects, every day. Basically, we pay attention to the most environmentally friendly solutions during the entire production and filling process, as well as during transport.

Sustainability is of great importance to us at the office, because as an employer we want to make a positive contribution to environmental protection and social responsibility. Here are some of our measures:

100% AAE Green Power: All of our electricity comes from renewable energy sources to reduce our carbon footprint.
Free feminine hygiene products: We provide complimentary feminine hygiene products to promote the comfort and well-being of our female employees.
Recycling of cans: We have special containers for recycling cans to ensure that they are recycled properly.
STRICT waste separation: Clear guidelines on waste separation help us to sort and recycle waste properly.
Towels instead of paper towels: We offer towels instead of paper towels to reduce paper consumption and conserve resources.
Organic fruits and vegetables: Our employees receive organic fruits and vegetables to promote their health and minimize the use of pesticides.
Green roof terrace: Our roof terrace is landscaped with plants and greenery to improve air quality and create a pleasant space for our employees.
Free health products: We provide free health products such as vitamins to support the well-being of our employees.
Animal Friendly Office: Office dogs are welcome in our office to create a pet friendly environment.
Employee well-being: The well-being of our employees is our focus. We offer flexible work hours, company health programs, continuing education opportunities and a positive workplace.
Internal recycling: We recycle packaging and filling materials internally to minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint.

We are aware of our responsibility and only use fish oil from small fish from guaranteed sustainable and strictly regulated fishing – tested and certified according to the strict standards of “Friend of the Sea”!

FRIEND OF THE SEA CERTIFIED
Friend of the Sea certifies products and services that respect and protect the marine environment and is the certification program par excellence when it comes to omega-3 fish oils. It stands for natural and conservation fisheries without bycatch and for the protection of seabed and marine diversity.

BLOSSOM

Fitoplancton Marino produces environmentally friendly microalgae feedstocks from seawater and unused land to avoid competition with food production and conserve freshwater. By recycling seawater, they reduce waste and environmental impact. Microalgae effectively bind CO2 and thus combat climate change. The company is constantly improving, its cultivation systems reduce electricity consumption by 80%, for more sustainable production.

We are proud that our cans are filled CO2-neutral. Sustainability is a key concern for us, and we want to make our contribution to climate protection.

To minimize our environmental footprint, we have taken measures in our filling processes to reduce or offset CO2 emissions.

First, we optimize our production facilities to minimize energy consumption and operate more efficiently. This means we can already save some of the CO2 emissions.

In addition, we offset the remaining CO2 emissions by investing in climate protection projects. These projects can include, for example, reforestation, renewable energy or the expansion of sustainable agriculture.

By filling our cans in a CO2-neutral manner, we actively contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We are committed to ensuring that our products are not only of high quality, but also in line with the principles of sustainability.

As a company, we consider it our responsibility to seek and implement sustainable solutions. The CO2-neutral filling of our cans is another step on our way to an environmentally conscious and sustainable future.

Sustainability is our focus, and we are committed to environmentally friendly solutions. With regard to our packaging, we have taken concrete measures to promote the use of recycled material.

In our re-pet: ESSENTIALS we use recycled plastic, and 50% rePET (recycled PET). By using recycled plastic, we reduce the need for virgin raw materials and help reduce waste and pollution.

Our aluminum cans also consist of about 70% recycled material (reALU). By using recycled aluminum, we save energy and resources compared to the production of new aluminum cans.

We also attach importance to sustainable advertising materials. Our trays and cartons are FSC certified, which means they come from sustainably managed forests and meet strict environmental standards.

In addition, we are a proud member of the initiative “every dose counts”. This initiative promotes the recycling of cans and promotes a sustainable circular economy.

With these measures, we want to make our contribution to sustainability and have a positive impact on the environment. We strive to continuously optimize our packaging and introduce further environmentally friendly solutions. Together, we can create a sustainable future.
