Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – and rightly so! With a balanced start to the day, you supply your body with essential nutrients and thus provide it with the fuel to have enough energy and good mood for the whole day! Tip: Whether your office is on the fourth floor or you want to get to the second floor of a shopping center, resist the temptation of escalators and elevators and take the stairs!

With a 15-minute relaxing bath, you can switch off in a flash and escape from everyday stress. Close your eyes and think of beautiful things you have experienced in the past and want to experience in the future! This lowers blood pressure and the body reaches a state of relaxation! Tip: However, pay attention to the water temperature: 36-38 degrees Celsius are optimal to avoid stressing the heart and circulation. Indirect lighting, candles, your favorite song and essential oils can additionally help you recover quickly!

Look forward to your sleep! After a long, tiring day, there’s no better feeling than falling into bed at night and letting go of your thoughts and problems! A little ritual before bed can help you come down and relax! It doesn’t matter if it’s your daily cup of tea, reading your favorite book, or a little meditation! By repeating activities every day, you’re showing your body that it’s now time to let go and call it a day! Tip: Try to sleep between 6-8 hours a day! This is the optimal time for your body to recover and you can start the new day with vigor! Each of us relaxes differently, of course! It can be just as relaxing to kick back in front of the TV as it is to get together with friends and talk out all your frustrations!
