Can you manage to drink 2 liters of water a day? We would like to help you with convincing facts and some tricks. Because drinking plenty of water pays off. Not only do you feel better, but you also look better – water is not called the elixir of life for nothing.

Water facts
  • Water brings nutrients to the cells and removes toxins. It is scientifically proven that drinking plenty of waterincreases blood flow to theskin as well as the flow rate of red blood cells, thus optimizing the supply of our cells.
  • Water helps to lose weight! A study from Charité Berlin shows that after drinking half a liter of water, energy/calorie consumption increases to a maximum of 120%.
  • Most of the time, you don’t get thirsty until you’ve lost 0.5% of your weight in water!
Water tips:
  • Immediately after brushing your teeth, drink a large glass of water (preferably lukewarm) – this activates the internal organs and programs the body to drink water during the day as well.
  • On the desk put a water jug + glass. Then you do not always have to run for supplies.
  • Do as the models do: always have a water bottle with you when you’re out and about.
